Scott J. Malof CPA/PFS is founder and president of Malof & Associates. Scott is a licensed CPA in both Kentucky and Ohio. In 1999 Scott earned the AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist credential (PFS). He also holds his life and health insurance licenses in Kentucky and Ohio. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree with a dual major in accounting and finance from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration. Before establishing Malof & Associates, Scott started his career in the tax groups of the Big 4 firm’s of Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young. He followed up the Big 4 experience by working with several regional CPA firms.
Scott is an active member of various boards, business organizations, societies and institutes. He enjoys reading, travel, dining, cooking, cycling, yoga, golf, racquet sports, exercise programs including P-90X and others. He and his family reside in Florence, KY.
